Long, Toned and Lean Body

Pilates is a form of exercises which emphasizes the core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movements. Pilates is not meant to build up muscles but it does focus on toning and strengthening your muscles. Pilates creates a long, toned and lean body. Athletes and dancers love it, as do seniors, women with pre/post natal needs, and people at various stages of physical rehabilitation.

Rollology and Fusion Workouts

Rollology is a Pilates based class utilizing medium dense foam rollers. Rollology is a a trademarked sequence that focuses on lenghtening, strengthening, coordination, balance and Core.  Fusion classes are workouts that combine at least two different disciplines, such as Pilates and TRX, as an exaample. Our studio offers two types of Fusion classes. CORE & Agility, which combines Pilates Mat with TRX Suspension Trainers, which has a cardio component added to get the heart rate up to help burn more fat in less time.

MEMBERSHIPS

In Pilates, as with many other fitness systems, performing workouts a minimum of three times per week is a good rule of thumb. When you take a varitey of classes three times a week, this type of schedule will increase strength, flexibility, and endurance, balance and coordination.

 Pilates Mat workouts incorporate the classic Pilates sequence is an exceptionally good workout that will provide the foundation for a lifetime of healthy habits. Pilates Sculpt is an extention to our Mat class and offers an emphasis on sculpting. CORE & Agility kicks it up a notch and adds a fusion element to the class, by combining multiple modalities into a singular class. not to mention, of course, that Pilates mat work is the alpha and omega of core workouts.

Pilates Pros + is proud to introduce Mini Lattes! It’s an interactive class for the kids, ages 5-12 years old. We combine the principles of Pilates with the benefits of Yoga. It’s creative, mindful, and fun!
As these classes are only offered after school time, instruction is only open 3:30-4:15.
